Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any saaslite service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Services offered

saaslite offers the following services through its domains:

  • Cloud Platform — Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and 1-Click Apps hosted on Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Data Platform — Data analytics platform with conversational AI.
  • Private Cloud — Dedicated, managed infrastructure for enterprise clients.
  • Software Factory — Custom software development with locked scope.
  • Outsourcing — Senior technology talent allocation.

Account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
  • You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
  • Send spam, malware, or malicious content from our servers.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS) or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
  • Host content that violates Brazilian laws, including the LGPD and the Marco Civil da Internet.
  • Intentionally and repeatedly exceed the resource limits of your contracted plan.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without right to refund.

Payment and billing

VPS and 1-Click App plans are billed monthly, with options for annual (5% discount) and triennial (10% discount) periods. Payment via PIX grants an additional 5% discount.

Non-payment for more than 7 days will result in service suspension. After 30 days, the account and its data may be permanently deleted.

Prices may be adjusted with 30 days’ prior notice. Fixed-term contracts maintain their price until expiration.

Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability for the Cloud Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

We are not responsible for unavailability caused by force majeure, third-party failures (network providers, datacenter), or customer misuse.

Intellectual property

The saaslite brand, logos, platform design, and code are the exclusive property of saaslite.

Content and data you host on our servers remain your property. We do not claim any rights over your data.

For Software Factory services, ownership of developed code is transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project contract.

Limitation of liability

saaslite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups. While we provide infrastructure backups, we do not guarantee data recovery in all scenarios.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel. The service will remain active until the end of the already-paid period.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo — SP are elected to resolve any disputes.
